Thank you for choosing LuxePop Events! We are dedicated to creating beautiful, memorable celebrations. Please review our Terms & Conditions before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

By confirming a booking with LuxePop Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

1. Booking & Reservations
- All event bookings are subject to availability.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and LuxePop Events has provided written confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due one day before your scheduled event.
- Any changes to your event details must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

2. Payments & Pricing
- All pricing is based on the selected package, event location, design requirements, and additional services.
- Package prices are starting rates. Custom designs, specialty materials, and additional décor may increase the final cost.
- Your personalized quote will outline the services and pricing for your event.
- Full payment must be received before event setup begins.
- Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (We understand that plans sometimes change.)
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled event.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved by LuxePop Events.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new event date once, at our discretion, provided the rescheduling requirements are met.
- Additional charges may apply if the event design, location, or services change.
- If an event is canceled, refunds of payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will depend on work completed, materials purchased, and applicable law

4. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
- Delivery and travel fees are determined based on the event location, distance, and setup requirements.
- All applicable delivery and travel fees will be clearly outlined in your personalized quote before booking.
- Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the event location at the agreed setup time. 
- Delays caused by restricted access, venue limitations, or last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
- Breakdown and pickup are included only when specified in your selected package or written agreement.

5. Outdoor Events & Weather (Outdoor celebrations require special planning due to unpredictable weather conditions.)
- Clients booking outdoor events must have a suitable indoor or covered backup location available.
- Balloons and décor may be affected by wind, rain, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and other weather conditions.
- LuxePop Events reserves the right to delay, modify, or decline an outdoor installation when conditions present safety concerns.
- Weather-related cancellations do not automatically qualify for a full refund.
- Rescheduling or event credit may be considered depending on the circumstances, materials already purchased, work completed, and availability.
- Any refund rights required by applicable law will be honored.

6. Balloon & Décor Care
- Balloon colors, sizes, and arrangements may vary slightly from inspiration photos due to material availability, lighting, and design requirements.
-Balloons are delicate and may naturally deflate, oxidize, or pop due to temperature changes, handling, or environmental conditions. 
- LuxePop Events is not responsible for damage to completed installations caused by guests, venue staff, weather exposure, or improper handling after setup is completed, except where required by law.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring children and guests do not climb, pull, or interfere with décor structures.

7. Custom Designs & Substitutions (Every LuxePop Events installation is thoughtfully designed to complement your celebration.)
- Inspiration photos serve as design references and do not guarantee an identical recreation.
- Colors, balloon brands, decorative elements, and materials may vary based on availability.
- LuxePop Events may make reasonable substitutions while maintaining the overall design, quality, and aesthetic of your selected package.
- Significant design changes will be discussed with the client whenever reasonably possible.
- Additional customization requested after booking may result in additional charges.

8. Rental Equipment & Property
- Backdrops, stands, frames, props, and other designated rental items remain the property of LuxePop Events.
- Rental equipment must not be moved, altered, dismantled, or removed without permission.
- Clients may be responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement cost of rental equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged due to misuse or negligence by the client or their guests.
- All rental items must be available for collection at the agreed pickup time. 
- Additional charges may apply for delayed or unsuccessful pickup arrangements caused by the client.

9. Venue Requirements & Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary venue approvals or permissions for décor installations.
- The event space must be clean, safe, and accessible before setup begins.
- Clients must communicate venue restrictions, loading instructions, parking requirements, and setup deadlines before the event.
- Additional costs arising from undisclosed venue requirements may be added with the client's approval.
- Tables, chairs, linens, and other furnishings are not included unless specifically listed in the confirmed package or quote.

10. Photography & Social Media
- LuxePop Events may photograph completed décor installations for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.) 
- We respect our clients' privacy. If you prefer that your event décor not be featured publicly, please notify us in writing before your event. We will honor your request.
- We will not intentionally publish identifiable photos of guests without appropriate permission.

11. Safety & Liability
- LuxePop Events takes reasonable care when preparing, transporting, and installing event décor.
- Clients and guests should not move, climb on, or tamper with installed structures.
- LuxePop Events is not responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or misuse of installations.
- Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known venue hazards or installation restrictions.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to Services
- LuxePop Events understands that event plans may evolve.  
- Any changes to the event date, location, theme, installation size, or requested services must be communicated as early as possible. 
- Changes are subject to availability and may require an updated quote. Material purchases and completed custom work may limit which changes can be accommodated.

13. Agreement & Acceptance
- By submitting a deposit and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, provided they were made available to you before booking.
- These policies are intended to ensure a positive experience for both our clients and LuxePop Events.
