Terms of Service

Welcome to LuxePop Events. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Services- LuxePop Events provides balloon décor, delivery, installation, and event setup services. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

Pricing & Payment- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the day before the scheduled event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. To avoid fees, please request any changes at least 72 hours in advance. All rescheduling is subject to availability. We understand that unexpected situations can arise—please reach out, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Weather & Environmental Policy- Due to the nature of balloon décor, weather conditions such as rain, wind, heat, or extreme temperatures may impact installations. LuxePop Events does not offer refunds due to weather-related issues. However, clients may request to reschedule their event (subject to availability) or receive a credit toward a future booking if notice is provided at least 72 hours in advance. Balloons are sensitive to environmental conditions and may deflate, oxidize, or burst due to factors beyond our control. LuxePop Events is not responsible for damage once installation is complete.

Same-Day Weather Risk Acknowledgment- If a client chooses to proceed with services despite unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions, LuxePop Events is not responsible for any damage, reduced lifespan, or failure of balloon installations. By proceeding, the client accepts all associated risks.

Delivery & Setup- Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the event location. LuxePop Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or inaccurate information provided by the client. Additional fees may apply for delays, extended setup time, or difficult installation conditions.

Event Styling & Décor- We offer custom event styling and balloon décor to help bring your celebration to life. Full event design can be discussed based on your vision, them, and venue needs.

Please note: At this time, tables and chairs are not included in our services. Clients may provide their own rentals, or we can discuss décor options around your existing setup.

Custom event setups are available upon request. Balloon décor Is our specialty, and additional styling details can be discussed during your consultation. Tables and chairs are not currently provided.

Damage to Property- LuxePop Events takes care during installation; however, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to walls, surfaces, or structures. Clients accept that certain installations may require adhesives, weights, or fixtures. LuxePop Events is not liable for minor marks, residue, or damage that may occur as a result of installation or removal.

Breakdown & Removal- If breakdown or removal services are included, they will occur at a pre-arranged time. Clients must ensure access to the event space at the agreed time. Additional fees may apply for delays, extended wait times, or return visits required due to lack of access. If breakdown services are not included, the Client is responsible for coordinating a scheduled pickup time for all LuxePop Events property. Additional pickup or late retrieval fees may apply.

Liability- Once services are completed, LuxePop Events is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss related to the use or handling of balloon installations. Clients assume responsibility for the care and supervision of all décor after setup.

Intellectual Property- All designs, concepts, photos, and content created by LuxePop Events remain the sole property of LuxePop Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Photo & Marketing Release- LuxePop Events reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms- LuxePop Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
